About
Why not deliver a personal message on a potato? A resourceful American had this idea. I thought it was such a great idea that I implemented it right here in Switzerland in 2017.
Problem
The basic idea was there, but I had neither experience with shipping food nor with ecological labelling. No webshop.
Solution
Programming, set-up and management of webshops. Development and management of social media. Product photography and graphic design of postcards & packaging.
Wins
Overwhelming volume of orders and customer feedback. Fast order process and nationwide shipping. Very strong organic growth of the customer base and Instagram channel. Even price increases have not deterred customers from ordering.
